Mr. Moured is an Information Technology Senior Scientist and Lead Intelligence Analyst with 12 years of experience in security testing management and signals intelligence and development. As President of Red Team Security Solutions, a security solutions company contacted to provide the federal government with Blue and Red Team network security testing, he conducts hands-on penetration testing utilizing state of the art ethical hacking techniques and technologies to exploit systems and assist in the required vulnerability mitigations. Red Team Security Solutions also provides Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Exploitation (DNE), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Signals Development (SIGDEV), and other Intelligence services. Mr. Moured also lends his talents to CACI, an international information technology company, giving him the opportunity to expand his knowledge and skills.

Mr. Moured is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Information Security and earned a Master's Degree in Network Security with honors and a 4.0 GPA. He is a Licensed Penetration Tester (LPT), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), Certified Systems Engineer, Certified Reverse Engineering Analyst (CREA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator Next Generation (CCSA NG).
