/Public Sec. and Government News Articles/ - DENVER, CO, October 12, 2006 - Business Network Consulting, Ltd. (BNC) recently acquired JSsolutions, a privately-held IT consulting firm, on September 26, 2006.

Colorado-based JSsolutions employed eight employees supporting 125 systems throughout Colorado and supported such notable clients as MBH Enterprises Inc., Bankers Title, Women's Health Group, Chotin Group and Dworkin, Chambers & Williams PC. JS engineers have remained on staff to continue to support existing clients.

We consult on a variety of services supporting multiple industries to provide strategic insight and development to implement advanced IT solutions. JSsolutions founder, Jeff Sanders, explained his rational behind the merger. "Through the growth of our business, we saw the need for a stronger core structure for our clients and felt BNC would provide the ideal solution to our customers." JS customers can take advantage of real-time network and server monitoring, Microsoft and other technically certified engineers, 24/7 help desk and a new web-based project monitoring system. New customers will have the ability to enter new service requests, check on the status of an existing project, search the knowledge base for resolved service articles and look over their current bill.
